automatic kinematic viscosity tester means that the kinematic viscosity tester is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids (including crude oil, light and heavy fuel oil, lubricant additives, etc.). The operation interface is simple, and the system has the advantages of self-inspection, self-diagnosis, and fault prediction. For your better use, I will briefly introduce you to the related usage and maintenance methods.
(1) Place the automatic kinematic viscosity tester on a stable workbench, connect the connection cord, install the sensor and thermometer, ensure that all switches are in the off position, connect the power cord, and pay attention to a good grounding.
(2) When placing the capillary, apply a heavy hammer and adjust it with three screws on the capillary holder to make the capillary in a vertical state.
(3) Fill the bathtub with water so that the water surface is about 2cm away from the upper end of the bathtub. If the temperature is controlled at 100°C, acid or alkaline liquids should not be added to the bathtub, but glycerin can be added.
(4) Press the power switch, the power indicator light is on, and the temperature of the water bath is displayed at the same time. Observe whether the displayed temperature is the same as the thermometer. If there is a difference, you can set and adjust the equipment to the temperature required for the test (specific adjustments) For the setting method, please refer to the manual of the automatic kinematic viscosity tester), press the stirring switch, and the motor will start stirring.
(5) At room temperature and water temperature higher than 20°C, if you need to use 20°C temperature control point, you can use an input chiller to cool the equipment. To ensure the accuracy of cooling, be careful not to put ice cubes in the bathtub.
(6) If mist appears between the insulation tube and the bathtub to affect the observation, you can pass compressed air into the blowing pipe (note that the pressure should not be too high) or use a suction ball to press in the gas to eliminate the mist. The automatic kinematic viscosity tester should always be kept clean to prevent corrosion by acid, alkali, and oil, and pay attention to moisture. When the instrument malfunctions, you should ask a professional to repair it, and don't disassemble it randomly.
The automatic kinematic viscosity tester does not require random operation by personnel. After placing the oil sample, the operator sets the oil sample number and position, starts the test, and then automatically completes the automatic sampling and testing.
