Electrician is a special operation, and the requirements for employees are relatively strict. There are also many caveats and requirements in operation. If you want to be an electrician, you should keep these in mind!
1. Electricians should wear the prescribed protective equipment when they take up their jobs, and live work is generally not allowed;
2. Before working, check in detail whether the tools used are safe and reliable, understand the site and environment, and choose a safe place before working;
3. All electrical work should strictly implement the regulations of "safe installation, thorough disassembly, regular inspection, and timely maintenance";
4. When working on the line and equipment, the power supply should be cut off, the warning sign should be hung up, and the work should be done after confirming that there is no electricity;
5. Safety devices such as fuses on electrical equipment and limit switches in overload relays shall not be removed for no reason;
6. After the installation or maintenance of the mechanical and electrical equipment is completed, before the official power transmission, the insulation resistance, grounding device and transmission part protection device should be carefully checked to make them meet the safety requirements;
7. Connect the lamp switch to control the phase wire; the temporary wire laying should be grounded first, and the phase wire should be removed first;
8. Wear insulating gloves and insulating shoes when using a hand drill with a voltage higher than 36V. When using an electric soldering iron, it should be placed in a place where there are no flammable and explosive materials or near electrical equipment. The plug should be unplugged in time after use.
9. The wires removed during the work should be handled in time, and the live wires should be wrapped with insulating tape;
10. Safety belts should be fastened when working at heights, and escalators should have anti-skid measures;
11. When working at heights, tools and items are not allowed to be thrown down casually. They must be put into a tool bag before they can be sent or delivered. Ground personnel should wear safety helmets and leave the construction area for more than 2M;
13. The low-voltage overhead live work should be supervised by a special person, use a special insulation worker, and wear special protective equipment; the human body should not touch two wires at the same time, and should not cross between wires without insulation measures.
