Routine test of transformer (a factory test that must be conducted for each transformer before leaving the factory)
(1) Measurement of winding resistance.
(2) Voltage ratio measurement and connection group labeling verification.
(3) Measurement of short-circuit impedance and load loss.
(4) Measurement of no-load current and no-load loss.
(5) Measurement of the insulation resistance of windings to ground and/or the dielectric loss factor (tan δ) of insulation system capacitance.
(6) Routine insulation test and transformer insulation test.
(7) Load tap changer test.
(8) Insulation oil test.
