Flow rate drop: check whether the bypass ball valve is closed, clean or re-adjust if necessary; check whether the pump or system is leaking; check whether the position of the regulating ball valve on the drain pipe is correct.
Loud running noise: Check if the oil inlet pipe and filter are blocked; remove the oil pump to check if there are parts damaged or foreign matter enters; if the shaft seal is leaking. The oil pump is stuck and cannot be rotated: disassemble and clean; replace damaged parts.
Three, overhaul and maintenance
