1. After using the instrument, please loosen the pressure arm of the peristaltic pump to prevent the hose of the peristaltic pump from being squeezed by the pressure arm for a long time and cause damage.
2. If the instrument is not used for more than three months, it is recommended to re-calibrate it with standard acid.
3. After cleaning the reaction cup, it should be fully dried. The experiment cannot be carried out under the condition of residual moisture, and no water can enter the reaction cup during the whole experiment.
4. The glassware used in the preparation of reagents and experiments should be completely dried before use.
5. The content of absolute ethanol used in the preparation of reagents and experiments should be greater than 99.8%, and should be sealed and stored when not in use.
