Maintenance method of battery internal resistance tester failure
Step 1: Use a battery internal resistance tester to regularly test the internal resistance of the battery to find out the battery that may have insufficient capacity.
Step 2: Use a battery discharge tester to verify the capacity and find out the battery with insufficient capacity.
Step 3: Maintain or replace the battery with insufficient capacity.
Solution to the problem of battery internal resistance tester
1. Can't boot to work
Check the contact between the meter and the lithium battery. The voltage of the lithium battery is too low to boot. The battery of the meter needs to be charged or replaced.
At the top center of the meter display, the current meter battery block capacity is displayed. When the battery is fully charged, the square is black. As the battery charging capacity decreases, the square gradually turns to white.
1. Insert the adapter into the battery charger port, and connect the adapter power to the AC power outlet.
2. When the adapter's green light is on, it means the charging is complete.
Note: The maximum charging time is 6 to 8 hours, do not overcharge.
2. The needle of the test probe is bent or cannot be retracted
To replace the probe needle, the steps are as follows:
1. Clamp the probe needle on the top of the sleeve with pliers
Warning: Do not clamp the sleeve containing the probe needle to avoid damage to the probe.
2. Pull out the probe needle straight;
3. Clamp the probe needle in the row with pliers and put it into the sleeve;
4. Push the probe tip toward a soft surface, such as cardboard, until the probe tip touches the bottom end of the sleeve.
Third, the test data query is disordered
The meter data is caused by strong interference. It is recommended to import the effective data into the computer for management, enter the "System Management" menu of the meter, and select "Format Memory".
4. Prompt "please check battery clamp connection" when testing internal resistance
First of all, ensure that the battery clamp is properly connected to the battery pole, and the voltage of the battery under test cannot be lower than 1.5V.
5. Cannot export data via U disk
It is recommended to use the USB flash drive provided by the instrument manufacturer to check the format of the USB flash drive. The file system should preferably be in FAT format.
6. Cannot export data through RS232 serial port
Confirm whether the computer serial port selection is correct, the instrument must be in the main interface to export data through the RS23 serial port.
