1.1 The oil filter of UHV transformer is rarely used. It is mainly used for oil filtration of UHV transformer and used by large power plant power companies.
1.2 Two-stage vacuum oil filter is mainly used for filtering transformer oil above 110KV, which is used by customers for maintenance of transformer and used by power plants.
1.3 High-efficiency vacuum oil filter, also known as single-stage vacuum oil filter, can be used for small transformer oil filtration. For transformer oil below 110KV, it is suitable for small substations.
1.4 The plate-and-frame oil filter is widely used, which is mainly used to remove mechanical impurities in the oil. It can remove a small amount of water in the oil, and its function is limited.
1.5 The wheeled oil filter adopts a filter element for filtration, which is mainly used to remove the mechanical impurities in the oil. It cannot be dehydrated, and its function is limited.
1.6 On-load switch online oil filter is used to filter the oil above the transformer on-load switch, and the model is DZX.
2、 Filtering of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, engine oil and gear oil
The equipment for filtering lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and engine oil mainly includes: lubricating oil vacuum oil filter, water removal oil filter, high viscosity oil filter, trolley oil filter, plate and frame oil filter, etc.
2.1 The lubricating oil vacuum oil filter is used to remove the moisture and impurities of 46 # lubricating oil and hydraulic oil to restore the oil to the new oil standard, which can meet the requirements for reuse.
2.2 The water removal oil filter mainly increases the heating power on the basis of the vacuum oil filter, increases the coalescence separation dehydration, and efficient and fast dehydration, which can remove 30% of the water content in the oil.
2.3 The high viscosity oil filter uses a high viscosity oil pump, which is pumped by two oil pumps. For the high viscosity of oil, it can filter up to 680 # gear oil.
