Moisture-Proofing – In regions with humid climates or during humid seasons, extended periods of non-use can allow moisture to accumulate inside the instrument. To prevent this, power on the instrument for approximately two hours once a month. This generates internal heat that dissipates moisture and protects sensitive components from corrosion and degradation.

Storage – When the instrument is not in use, store it in an indoor environment with a temperature between –20 °C and 60 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%. The storage area should be well-ventilated and free from corrosive gases to maintain the instrument's performance and longevity.

Sun Protection – When operating the instrument outdoors, choose a shaded area whenever possible. Prolonged direct sunlight exposure, particularly to the display screen, can cause overheating, reduce screen visibility, and accelerate material aging.

Fuse Replacement – If the wiring board is receiving power but the instrument fails to start, inspect the fuse on the power socket. A burned-out fuse should be replaced with a new fuse of matching specifications. Refer to the original fuse's installation position to ensure correct replacement.

Printer Paper Replacement – Replacing the printer paper is a simple procedure. When the paper runs out, use the panel lever to open the printer cover. Identify the front and back of the thermal printing paper and place it facing down (sensing surface down) into the printer. Pull the paper through, then close the printer cover securely.

Transportation – This instrument is a precision and valuable device. During transportation, ensure the cabinet is properly secured to prevent damage to the panel, especially the display screen. Always handle with care, avoiding dropping or impact, to preserve the instrument's functionality and appearance.
