2、The DC resistance tester burns the fuse when it is started
There are two situations for starting up and burning the fuse: in case of 5A ~ 10A direct resistance instrument, generally speaking, the built-in transformer is burned out by high voltage, resulting in the failure of normal use of the instrument; If the current of the direct resistance instrument is above 20a, the reason is the switching power supply. In case of insurance burning, we only need to replace the transformer or switching power supply in time for normal use. During equipment maintenance, professional engineers must disassemble the equipment on site. If there are no such conditions, we need to return the equipment to the site for maintenance.
3、Flower screen appears during the test of DC resistance tester
The most likely cause of flower screen on DC resistance tester is poor internal wiring contact. At this time, we need to shut down and check whether the cable is loose. Strengthening the cable can solve the problem. Of course, this is a common reason. Another possibility is that the screen display is abnormal due to electromagnetic interference. If this is the reason, you need to contact the manufacturer and ask the manufacturer to add a filter capacitor to you.
Of course, the above reasons are all equipment reasons, and some problems are outside the equipment. For example, unreasonable operation methods and storage methods will also cause equipment damage. During use, do not touch the LED screen with high-temperature things. Before testing, check whether the input interface fixture is normal. In addition, keeping the equipment dry and clean is also an effective method to prolong the service life. There are special requirements for accurate measurement of testing equipment.
