Cleaning method of oil cup and stirring paddle of transformer oil tester

1. Cleaning method of oil cup

(1) Wipe the electrode surface and electrode rod repeatedly with clean silk;

(2) Adjust the electrode gap with standard gauges;

(3) Clean it with petroleum ether or ethanol for 3 to 4 times, then dry it with a hair dryer. It can be cleaned 2 or 3 times after putting in the tested oil sample.

2. Cleaning method of stirring paddle

(1) Wipe the stirring paddle repeatedly with a clean silk cloth until there are no fine particles on the surface, and avoid touching the surface of the stirring paddle with your hands;

(2) Clamp the stirring paddle with tweezers, immerse it in absolute ethanol, rinse repeatedly, and blow dry with a hair dryer;

(3) Clamp the stirring paddle with tweezers and immerse the oil sample to be tested for repeated scrubbing
