1. Cleaning method for oil cup
(1) Repeatedly wipe the electrode surface and electrode rod with clean silk cloth;
(2) Adjust the electrode gap with a standard gauge;
(3) Wash 3-4 times with anhydrous ethanol, then blow dry with a hair dryer. Clean 2-3 times with the test oil sample again;
2. Mixing paddle cleaning method
(1) Wipe the mixing blade repeatedly with a clean silk cloth until there are no small particles on the surface, and avoid direct contact with the mixing blade by hand;
(2) Clamp the stirring paddle with tweezers, immerse it in anhydrous ethanol and wash 2-3 times, then blow dry with a hair dryer;
(3) Clamp the stirring paddle with tweezers, immerse it in the oil sample to be tested and wash 2-3 times for later use.
