HZ2421 Short Circuit Impedance Tester And Sweep Frequency Response Analyser

The transformer winding deformation tester is mainly composed of the following parts:

A. Main measurement unit (instrument)

B. Three dedicated measuring cables in parallel. (In no particular order)

C. One two-to-one adapter.

D. One large clip for measurement, one for red and one for green.

E. Ground wire.

After connecting the test wires according to the above figure, connect the transformer windings with the red and green clips referring to the wiring method in the figure below.

Frequency response test

After entering the storage number, click [Frequency Response Test] and the following interface will appear:

A. Parameter setting:

Stop frequency: the stop frequency of the current test, the starting frequency is fixed at 1Khz.

Optional: 100Khz, 600Khz, 1Mhz, 2Mhz, 5Mhz, 10Mhz

Wiring position: the measured winding position.

Optional: high pressure side, medium pressure side, low pressure side

Wiring mode: the wiring mode of the winding at the current position.

Optional: Y type, Yn type, inner delta type, outer delta type (separate type)

After setting the parameters, click [Start Test] to enter the test interface

B. Test interface:

Status: During the test, the current output frequency value and response value (dB) are displayed.

Phase button: The 3 buttons below correspond to the 3 windings of the transformer. Select the winding to be tested according to the wiring position, which winding to measure, click the corresponding phase button.

Save: save the current data. When the save is successful, "Saved" will be displayed above the button.

Dump: Dump the current data to the U disk.

2D: Switch the 2D display mode to enable 2D curve printing operations. ,

Analysis: You can display or print the horizontal comparison results of the 3-phase windings.

Return to the upper level: Multi-function key.

In standby: Return to the upper menu.

Testing: Stop testing.

Impedance test

After entering the storage number, click [Impedance Test] and the following interface will appear:

Parameter setting:

Rated capacity: Enter the rated capacity of the test transformer.

Rated voltage: Enter the rated voltage of the test transformer (measurement side).

Rated impedance: Enter the rated short-circuit impedance (nameplate value) of the test transformer.

Wiring position: selectable: high to low, high to middle, middle to low.

Wiring mode: optional: Y type, D type (AZ-BX-CY), D type (AY-BZ-CX), single phase.

Test temperature: Enter the actual temperature of the transformer.

Converted temperature: Enter the converted temperature of the transformer, usually 75°C.
