1. In order to prevent the body from inducing static electricity during the operation of the relay protection tester, the host should be reliably grounded through the grounding terminal before the test;
2. Pay attention to safety when outputting voltages above 36V to prevent electric shock accidents;
3. It is strictly forbidden to short-circuit the voltage test channel, and it is strictly forbidden to open the current test channel. It is strictly forbidden to introduce the AC and DC power supply to the voltage source, current source, and external output jack of the relay protection tester, otherwise the relay protection may be damaged. tester;
4. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test, the outer circuit of the protection device should be disconnected, and the N of the voltage and the N of the current should be grounded at the same point;
5. Pay attention to keep the air flow of the vents on the side of the chassis unobstructed, please do not block the vents, so as not to affect the heat dissipation;
6. After single-phase output or parallel output of large current, ensure that the relay protection tester has at least 30 seconds of heat dissipation, and then carry out the next test;
7. During the test, please do not switch the power on and off frequently, so as not to damage the relay protection tester or reduce the test accuracy;
8. During the test, if any abnormal situation is encountered, the power supply should be cut off immediately;
9. Do not place the relay protection tester in the open air and get wet by rain;
10. When the relay protection tester works abnormally, please contact our company in time, and do not repair it yourself.
