2. Features
a. Suitable for testing the mechanical characteristics of various switchgear types, including SF6 switchgear, GIS combination electrical apparatus, vacuum circuit breakers, and oil circuit breakers.

c. Universal speed sensors, including linear and rotary sensors, which are extremely easy to install and simple to operate.

e. The test host can store on-site data with a real-time clock, facilitating the archiving of test dates and times.
f. Large wide-temperature screen with a direct-view, backlit LCD that displays all data and graphs. LCD contrast, power, and memory can be adjusted electronically.
g. The instrument has a built-in printer for quickly printing all data and graphs at any time.
Testing Methods
Time Test
(Example using external power supply; internal power supply and external synchronization are also applicable)
Set the test type to Time Test.
In the test range, set the time duration and number of breakpoints.
Select External Power for the operating power supply.
Choose the switching operation method, or press the switch button in the test interface.
Set the trigger condition under trigger settings.
Press the Test button to proceed.
Time-Speed Test
(Example using external synchronization; internal power supply and external power supply are also applicable)
Set the test type to Time-Speed Test.
In the test range, set the time duration, maximum speed, and number of breakpoints.
Select the sensor scale length or uncalibrated stroke value.
Choose the speed definition type.
Select External Synchronization for the operating power supply.
Choose the closing operation method, or press the switch button in the test interface.
Set the trigger condition under trigger settings.
Press the Test button to proceed.
Operating Voltage Test
(Requires internal power supply mode)
(1) Automatic Mode
Set the test type to Operating Voltage.
In the test range, set the number of breakpoints.
Select Internal Power Supply for the operating power source.
Set the operating voltage condition.
Choose the switching operation method, or press the switch button in the test interface.
Press the DC Power button. When the "Power supply in preparation" prompt appears, press the Test button to automatically ramp up the voltage. The voltage will stop increasing after the action is completed.
If needed, press the Test button again to apply power, or press Cancel to exit to the data table.
The operating voltage value can now be printed or saved.
(2) Manual Mode
Set the test type to Operating Voltage.
In the test range, set the number of breakpoints.
Select Internal Power Supply for the operating power source.
Set the operating voltage condition (select Manual for boost mode).
Choose the closing/opening operation method, or press the corresponding button in the test interface.
Press the DC Power button to activate the internal power supply.
Use ↑ to increase voltage and ↓ to decrease voltage (long press for rapid adjustment).
Press the Test button to issue an electrical pulse.
