I.Overview

The multi-function electric energy meter on-site testing instrument is a high-precision testing device designed to measure electrical parameters, verify electric energy meters, and judge on-site wiring. Equipped with high-precision, high-linearity PT and CT, the instrument delivers exceptional measurement accuracy across various electrical parameters. Clamp-type current transformers allow users to wire easily on site without disconnecting the current circuit.

The instrument is built around a high-end embedded control panel and a dedicated real-time multitasking operating system, displayed on a 10-inch large-screen color LCD monitor. It uses an English graphical operation interface with English prompt information, creating a friendly human-machine dialogue experience. The vector diagram display and wiring judgment functions provide a reliable basis for checking circuit correctness. The capacitive screen touch operation offers a good hand feel and is easy to learn, making the instrument accessible to operators of all levels.

For data management, the instrument features built-in large-capacity data memory capable of storing up to 60,000 groups of data, with indefinite expansion capability. Users can upload historical records to a computer via U disk, and can also use the instrument's background management software to achieve computerized management.

II.Technical Specifications

1. Input Properties

The voltage measurement range is 0 to 400 V, with four automatic switching ranges: 57.7 V, 100 V, 220 V, and 400 V. The current measurement range is 0 to 5 A, with a built-in current transformer (CT) rated at 5 A. The clamp transformer offers six tap positions: small clamp (5 A / 25 A), middle clamp (100 A / 500 A, optional), and large clamp (400 A / 2000 A, optional). Phase angle measurement covers 0 to 359.999°, and frequency measurement spans 45 to 55 Hz.

2. Accuracy

In the measurement verification section, voltage and current accuracy are both ±0.05% (clamp transformer: ±0.2%). Active power and active electric energy accuracy are ±0.05% (clamp: ±0.2%), while reactive power and reactive electric energy accuracy are ±0.2% (clamp: ±0.5%). Frequency accuracy is ±0.05%, and phase accuracy is ±0.2°.

3. Power Quality

The harmonic frequency measurement range is 2 to 64. The allowable error for fundamental voltage amplitude is ≤ 0.5% F.S, and for fundamental current amplitude is ≤ 1% F.S. The measurement error of phase difference between fundamental voltage and current is ≤ 0.5°. Harmonic voltage content error is ≤ 0.1%, harmonic current content error is ≤ 0.2%, and three-phase voltage unbalance error is ≤ 0.2%.

4. Operating Temperature

The operating temperature range is –10 °C to +40 °C.

5. Insulation

The insulation resistance between the voltage/current input terminal and the housing is ≥ 100 MΩ. The operating power input and shell withstand 1.5 kV (RMS) at power frequency for one minute.

6. Standard Electric Energy Pulse Constant

The built-in transformer constant (FL) is 10,000 r/kW·h. The clamp transformer constant (FL) is to be specified.
