I. Product Introduction

The HZ-A30 fully intelligent multi-pulse cable fault tester integrates a complete set of cable fault testing functions. Developed independently based on the characteristics of the cable fault testing industry, it closely follows the development direction of the international power industry while catering to the rapid growth of the domestic power sector, offering exceptional stability.

The system integrates wireless communication, photoelectric knob mouse technology, and expandable Bluetooth capabilities, significantly enhancing instrument functionality and value while greatly improving on-site operational convenience and serviceability.

The entire system meets the general technical conditions for specialized testing instruments for power equipment in the People's Republic of China's electric power industry standard DL/T849.1-2019~DL/T849.3-2019. The system consists of a flash tester, a multi-pulse generator, a pinpoint locator, and a cable path locator (optional). It is used to test various faults in power cables and to locate cable paths and cable burial depths. The functions cover the precise testing of faults in power cables, railway, airport signal control cables and street light cables.

 

II. Product Features

◆ The instrument features a 12.1-inch large screen, a knob mouse, and a high-brightness LCD display, designed for outdoor field use. It is powered by lithium batteries for convenient on-site testing. The engineering plastic case is shockproof, moisture-proof, and offers excellent stability.

◆The flash tester has a WIFI module and SIM interface that can realize wireless remote transmission of measurement data and technical support for mobile terminals. It adopts integrated communication technology, stable signal acquisition, and the main unit can automatically select eight sampling frequencies ranging from 3.125MHz to 400MHz, with adaptive pulse width, which can meet the testing requirements of cables of different lengths.

◆ The software can automatically identify and search for the inflection points of three test waveforms: low-voltage pulse method, impulse current method, and multiple pulse method. The inflection points of the waveform fault are automatically locked, and the fault distance is automatically read and displayed.

◆The waveform is displayed in three areas on the same screen, and ten measured waveforms are randomly displayed on the same screen for selection. At the same time, it can realize automatic and manual processing of waveform card verification in two modes, and has the function of storing, playing back and analyzing test waveform data.

◆ The unique multi-pulse generator design can generate ten low-voltage short-circuit pulse waveforms in one discharge, automatically optimizing the standard waveform and greatly reducing the interference of large oscillations.

◆The pinpointing instrument uses dual-selection technology with noise filtering, which can directly and digitally display the change in the distance between the test point and the fault point, and simultaneously detect the direction of the cable path.

◆The precise positioning instrument can support mobile phone apps, connecting the mobile phone and headset via Bluetooth to enable two people to quickly locate points simultaneously with one probe.

◆The professional cable quick test app supports remote assistance for users to analyze waveforms, case sharing, teaching and training, and simulated exams anytime, anywhere.

It can test all types of main insulation faults in power cables of various voltage levels, cross-sections, dielectric materials, and compositions, including open circuits, short circuits, low-resistance faults, high-resistance leakage faults, and high-resistance flashover faults.
