Overview
The HZWS-Z6 automatic moisture analyzer of huazheng meets the requirements of GB/T 7600, SH/T 0255, GB/T6283,SH/T 0246 and other method standards. Karl Fischer (Coulomb) method was used to determine the content of trace moisture in liquids with different properties. It has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, high speed and stable and reliable determination data, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, environmental protection, medicine and other departments. It can quickly determine the moisture content of chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and pesticide products such as alcohols, oils, lipids, ethers, esters, acids, alkanes, benzenes, amines, organic solvents, pesticides, phenols and pharmaceutical raw materials.

The stability and accuracy of the measurement electrode signal are key factors affecting measurement accuracy, serving as the criterion for determining the endpoint of electrolysis. Through the use of advanced devices and methods, precise detection of the measurement electrode signal has been achieved.
Further understanding of reagent characteristics has led to the development of a new software compensation correction algorithm, which improves measurement accuracy.
