HZ1151 CCS Cold Crank Simulator Instrument
I. Brief Introduction
The ccs cold crank simulator is designed and compliant with Test Methods GB/T 6538 and ASTM D5293. It is suitable for measuring the apparent viscosity of engine oils within a temperature range of –5 °C to –30 °C, under shear stress conditions of approximately 1200–20,000 mPa·s and shear rates of 10⁵ to 10⁴ s⁻¹.
The instrument features a fully automatic temperature control system. Users can easily perform tests and analysis via the color touch screen interface. Equipped with an advanced intelligent control system, it ensures high stability, reliability, and precise temperature regulation, resulting in improved measurement accuracy.

III. Attentions
1 Please read the Operation Manual carefully before use to avoid misoperation.
2 In case of the system automatically prompts that an error occurs, please follow the instructions to troubleshoot.
3 It should avoid water entering the metal bath during operation, otherwise it must be cleaned before testing.
4 The instrument has been calibrated before delivery. Do not touch or disassemble the precision parts during operation.
5 Please set the test parameters accurately, otherwise the test results may be unreliable.
6 The refrigeration equipment must not be started and stopped consecutively. The time interval between two operations must be more than 10 minutes.
7 The instrument bath must be filled with medium before it can be powered on, otherwise the heater will be damaged.
8 If the instrument is not applied for a long time, the medium in the bath should be discharged. Wipe the instrument clean with dry rags to avoid affecting the service life of the instrument due to the presence of medium. When using it next time, attention should be paid to filling the medium before use.
