System Overview

The system is equipped with composite TEV sensors, ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensors, high-frequency current transformers (HFCT), and high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensors to collect partial discharge signals from high-voltage equipment. It employs multilevel detection frequency reduction techniques to lower the discharge frequency of signals, while utilizing high-speed AD conversion circuits for signal digitization. Digital signal processing and adaptive filtering interference suppression methods ensure the reliability of test data.

By collecting various signals generated by partial discharge in different high-voltage equipment, the system enables rapid assessment of equipment operating status. The tester can be installed for online detection without affecting equipment operation, allowing workers to promptly evaluate switchgear cabinet conditions. This significantly improves equipment operational reliability, safety, and effectiveness.
