I. Overview

XZTFY-400KV-1.5 High Voltage Divider is a kind of capacitive equivalent potential screen voltage division type high voltage measurement device, is mainly used for the measurement of pulsed high voltage, lightning high voltage and power frequency high voltage. It is the first choice for the replacement of high voltage electrostatic voltmeter. The product, which has such characteristics as intuitive, high precision, small volume, light weight, can be used by power plant, transformer substation, high voltage electrical equipment manufacturer and high voltage test room as an ideal device for high voltage measurement.

This voltage divider is connected to the high-voltage measuring end through an instrument wire, which can achieve clear readings from a long distance, making it safe and convenient to use. This series of voltage dividers has high input impedance and good linearity, and adopts special shielding technology to reduce the impact of high voltage on the displayed value, thus achieving high stability and linearity.

Imported filler material is used, which makes the product have smaller structure, lighter weight, higher reliability; and the internal partial discharge is reduced to the lowest value. III. Operation method

1. Connect the ground terminal of the AC DC high voltage divider to the ground safely.

2. Connect the high voltage wire to the top of the equalizing ball (corona ring), and tighten the high voltage wire with the connection screw bolt.

3. Connect the input terminal of the voltmeter to the measurement terminal (output terminal) of the voltage divider. When measuring AC voltage, switch the toggle switch to the "AC" gear.

4. When the tested voltage is lower than 20kV, "LOW" stage shall be selected; and when the tested voltage is higher than 20kV, "HIGH" stage shall be selected, so as to obtain higher precision of measured value.

5. Turn on the "Power" switch and select the proper stage; at this time, "0.000" or "00.00" will be indicated on the digital voltage meter, and the can be started.

6. After the test is completed, cut off the high voltage and wait until the reading of voltage divider displays "0.00" or "00.0" before entering the site (during the AC test, the meter will slowly return to zero, but the high-voltage power supply has no electricity).

7. Please pay attention to the cleaning on the surface of the voltage divider during use and maintenance, prevent contamination, the instrument should be placed in a dry place, and properly maintained.
