The SF6 gas recovery device is composed of vacuum pump, SF6 compressor, refrigeration system, storage container, pipeline, various valves, instruments and other accessories. The electric control box, operating valves and monitoring instruments are all concentrated on one side panel and there are process instructions, so it is convenient and clear to use.

The basic working principle of the SF6 gas recovery device is to adopt the refrigerated liquefaction method. During the recovery, the suction and compressibility of the compressor are used to suck the SF6 gas at a certain pressure in the SF6 electrical equipment into the compressor and compress it to a higher pressure. At the same time, the R22 refrigerant's low evaporation temperature characteristics are used to cool the higher temperature SF6 gas to the condensation temperature for liquefaction and storage. In this way, the SF6 compressor is continuously pumped to run in series until the final recovery pressure is reached.


When charging and discharging, first use the vacuum pump of this device to vacuum the SF6 electrical equipment (or steel cylinder) and the connecting pipeline, and then directly use the pressure difference or use the suction of the compressor to cause a certain pressure difference to store the device The SF6 inside is charged into SF6 electrical equipment until the required working pressure is reached. When bottle filling is needed, the characteristics of R22 refrigerant as mentioned above are used to pour the liquefied SF6 directly into the cylinder. The purification function is completed simultaneously when the above recovery, charging and discharging functions are completed.


SF6 gas is discharged into the air, which is very harmful to the air. SF6 gas recovery and detection play a major role in the recovery and leakage of SF6 gas.
