I. Product Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese National Standard GB/T 4507 "Standard Test Method for Softening Point of Petroleum Asphalt (Ring-and-Ball Method)" (Standard No. T0606) and the industry standard JTJ 052 "Test Methods for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures." It is suitable for determining the softening point of road petroleum asphalt, coal asphalt, and liquid petroleum asphalt. This instrument is an ideal testing equipment for various asphalt manufacturers, highway and bridge construction units, as well as relevant universities and research institutions.
The instrument employs fully computerized control, incorporates photoelectric automatic detection technology, and features an LCD display. It provides linear temperature heating and uniform bath liquid stirring, allowing simultaneous testing of two samples and automatic detection of the softening point characteristics of the specimens.
