3) When the low-voltage live wire is not insulated, the staff shall not cross it. When working on live low-voltage power distribution devices, isolation measures should be taken to prevent short-circuit between phases and single-phase grounding.
4) Before going up the pole, the phase and zero line should be distinguished, and the working position should be selected. When disconnecting the wire, the phase wire should be disconnected first, and then the neutral wire should be disconnected. When bonding wires, the order should be reversed.
