SF6 gas density relay calibrator is an intelligent SF6 gas density relay calibrator. The calibrator adopts embedded microprocessor, which can calibrate the performance of various SF6 gas density relays and perform standard conversion of SF6 gas pressure at any ambient temperature. It is mainly used for the production, maintenance and monitoring of SF6 gas products. It is especially suitable for the power system and provides convenience for the production, safe operation, pre-test and maintenance of SF6 electrical products.
When we use SF6 gas density relay calibrator for field test, we need to pay attention to the following items in order to ensure the normal operation of the test:
1. Before going to the site, take the tool box, check the nitrogen gas storage capacity of the small cylinder in the tool box, and take all the transition joints and tools for switches.
2. The corresponding alarm signal line and locking signal line on the terminal block shall be disconnected from the terminal block to prevent the secondary circuit and the signal line therein from forming a circuit and affecting the test.
3. The calibrated density relay cannot be placed horizontally, but should be placed vertically, otherwise it will cause inaccurate calibration.
4. The density relay shall not have too much vibration during calibration.
