The relevant tests after GIS assembly are as follows:
① Measurement of main circuit resistance (should not exceed 1.2 times the specified value in the product technical specifications);
② Component testing (circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding switches, transformers, lightning arresters, bushings, busbars);
③ Detection of moisture content in SF6 gas (for compartments with arc decomposition, it should be less than 150) μ L/L, compartment without arc decomposition, should be less than 250 μ L/L);
④ Sealing test (when using a leak detector to detect the sealing parts of each gas chamber, pipeline joints, etc., the leak detector should not alarm);
⑤ Insulation test of the main circuit;
⑥ Insulation test of auxiliary circuit;
⑦ Calibration of gas density relays, pressure gauges, and action valves;
⑧ Main circuit AC withstand voltage test.
In addition, a special plan should be made for the aging test of GIS equipment after SF6 gas inflation, to conduct long-term pressure breakdown on long particulate matter in the gas and conductive particles that appear during the production and assembly process of GIS conductors.
