1. When testing for SF6 gas concentration, if the instrument does not have a corresponding test value or the test concentration is low, try pressing the button on the front panel of the host to turn on the diaphragm pump and form an exhaust airflow. Check if the test value returns to normal in 10 seconds. After turning on the diaphragm pump, press the air inlet of the test handle with your hand to feel if there is a significant negative pressure present. If there is no negative pressure, please clean the test port to see if there are pollutants blocking the test port. If the above two solutions still cannot solve the problem, it is recommended to return to the factory for maintenance.
2. If there are cracks or damage to the testing hose, simply return the testing pipeline and handheld probe to the factory for repair.
3. After turning on the switch, the instrument cannot be turned on, shut down, and use a charger to charge the host for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, restart the machine. If it still does not operate, return to the factory for maintenance.
Precautions for the use of SF6 gas leak detector:
1. During test preheating, please place the test probe in the air without Sulfur hexafluoride gas.
2. Please do not block the testing port of the handheld probe for a long time.
3. It is strictly prohibited to send oil stains, liquid water, strong acid and alkali gases into the testing port of the instrument to avoid damaging the instrument. The instrument damage caused by this situation can be repaired according to the replacement device price, and there is no warranty.
4. It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects to strike the display screen.
