Product Features

This product utilizes digital frequency conversion technology and microcontroller-based control, achieving fully automated voltage step-up, step-down, measurement, and protection. Thanks to its fully electronic design, it is compact and lightweight. It features a large color touch screen that provides clear and intuitive operation and displays output waveforms. The main features are as follows:

1 For rated voltages ≤60kV, a single-unit structure (one voltage booster) is used; for voltages >60kV, a series structure (two voltage boosters in series) is adopted, significantly reducing overall weight and enhancing load capacity. Additionally, both boosters can be used independently, allowing for multiple applications. Products within 60kV also offer an integrated structure: a plastic pull-rod casing for extremely simple operation.

2 Current and voltage data are directly sampled from the high-voltage side. Due to the closed-loop negative feedback control circuit, the output is free from capacitive rise effects.

3 Intelligent comprehensive protection: No need to set current or voltage protection values. The device automatically calculates overvoltage and overcurrent protection values based on the test sample's capacitance and the test voltage. It can trigger protective shutdown in cases of overvoltage, overcurrent, low-resistance faults in the test sample, or flashover.

4 Equipped with a 150kV high-voltage output cable for safety and reliability.

5 The new model adds DC, dielectric loss, and partial discharge testing functions. During the withstand voltage test, it can simultaneously measure the dielectric loss, capacitance, insulation resistance, and partial discharge of the test sample.
