Overview
The battery charger is primarily designed for charging batteries and for initial charging of batteries stored for more than three months prior to installation. It can also be used as a mobile standby DC power supply unit. This instrument offers high power output, compact size, light weight, simple operation, and a user-friendly interface, making it an ideal companion for battery maintenance.
Main Functions and Features
Display: 7-inch color touch LCD with clear, visually appealing display. Chinese human-machine dialog interface for easy reading and operation.
Charging Function: Automatically charges according to the battery charging characteristic curve. The designed charging mode follows a sequence of constant current (equalizing charge and stabilized voltage), constant voltage with current reduction (automatic transition to trickle float charge). This ensures fast charging, high charging recovery efficiency, no need for manual supervision, and eliminates the risk of prolonged overcharging.
Users can set parameters such as equalizing charge voltage, float charge voltage, charging current, charging time, and charging capacity. The charger automatically executes the charging process while displaying real-time information including charging current, charging capacity, overall battery voltage, and charging time. Charging parameters can be modified during the process. Charging will stop automatically when the set time or capacity is reached, if a charging module abnormality occurs, or if manually terminated.
Data Storage and Query: Offers data storage and query functions. In the event of sudden power failure or prolonged inactivity, stored data in the host is retained. The unit can save up to 999 sets of charging data, which users can query, delete, or export via SD card.
PC Data Management Software: Equipped with PC data management software that provides data management, printing, analysis, report statistics, and automatic test report generation.
Portable Design: Compact size, light weight, and high power output. All connectors feature quick-connect functionality for fast, safe, and reliable operation.
